Throughout the year you would have had highlights, disappointments, threads of victories and lessons woven together. Take a moment to enjoy your accomplishments and celebrate your wins, both big and small. They are the markers of your growth. Equally, acknowledge the lessons learned from challenges. Appreciate the fact that every stumble, struggle and challenge is a step toward wisdom and resilience.

Infuse your actions with purpose, and let the ripples of your influence extend far beyond the year’s end. A six year old girl I know is ending the year strongly by handing out over 800 gifts to the elderly in different care homes. Many others are raising money for different charities.
