Three Life Rules
There are many rules of life; today I share my thoughts on four of them: 1. Go after what you want 2. Ask or the answer remains No 3. Ask for a chance to get a 'Yes' 4. Get your attitude right
Get It Done
We see really busy people and wonder how they get things done. Others see us and sometimes ask us how we get things done. Busyness is on a scale but the principles, tips and ideas for getting things done are universal. Here are a few.
Proud To Be Me
Black history month is what it says on the thing. It is an opportunity to remember our history, but why is that important? That's the question we need to ask? Why is anyone's history important and what should we do when we learn about our history? For me, understanding my history is for the betterment of mine and others future.
In Their Shoes
If we put ourselves in other people's shoes, how would that change the way we interact with them, or our demands and expectations of them? This is something we can all be better at. And all it takes is asking the question, 'what if that were me or my child? Would I do, say, ask, demand, expect or accept that?
Life Goes On
Life goes on regardless of who we are or what we are going through. Life never stops for any of us so it's up to us to come to terms with the realities of life and learn to make the most of it. A reassuring thought is that as life goes on, we get presented with new opportunities, miracles and blessings.
