Anniversary Post
It has been five years of Purposeful Me Blog and such a blessing to see a dream fulfilled. It has been challenging, rewarding and a wonderful opportunity to share my gift with others even as I also benefit from other people’s gifts. It takes more than any one post can cover, but a key and starter element is ‘Motivation’.

For me, it's a reminder not to lose sight of the future because of present pains or challenges. Being positive is sometimes simply remembering better days are ahead and getting through today because of that hope.
The Power Of Routine
We all have routines - some good and perhaps others not so much. Routines can be leveraged to form habits that help us accomplish our goals. It all starts with creating goals and plans, forming new habits through routines and having appropriate back up plans to keep us on track.
