Stay Positive
Stay positive! I have heard this many times and have told others the same just as often. But what does this really mean especially on the toughest of days? For me, it's a reminder not to lose sight of the future because of present pains or challenges. Being positive is sometimes simply remembering better days are ahead and getting through today because of that hope.
The Power Of Routine
We all have routines - some good and perhaps others not so much. Routines can be leveraged to form habits that help us accomplish our goals. It all starts with creating goals and plans, forming new habits through routines and having appropriate back up plans to keep us on track.

Why is anyone's history important and what should we do when we learn about our history? For me, understanding my history is for the betterment of mine and others future.

If we put ourselves in other people's shoes, how would that change the way we interact with them, or our demands and expectations of them? This is something we can all be better at.
